Stay policies
Worth knowing before you book: times, deposit, date changes, pets and house rules.
Check-in and check-out
- Usual check-in: from 13:00.
- Usual check-out: by 10:00.
- On Sundays and at the end of some weekends, check-out can be extended to 16:00.
A real advantage: cabin times don't necessarily limit how long you can spend at Vita Delta. If you arrive before check-in, come anyway and enjoy the grounds and Bemvelon while the cabin is made ready. Likewise, after handing over the cabin you can stay on and enjoy the place and the parador, subject to its opening hours. Check-in and check-out set when you use the cabin, not necessarily when you arrive at or leave the complex.
Deposit
Your booking is confirmed by paying 50% of the total.
Cancellations and date changes
The deposit is non-refundable. If you let us know far enough in advance, the amount paid can be kept as credit to reschedule your stay. The credit is valid for 12 months.
Extreme weather
If extreme weather makes it unsafe to go ahead with your stay, the amount paid is kept as credit to use within the following 12 months.
Pets
Pets are welcome, on these conditions:
- they must stay off the beds;
- aggressive animals are not allowed;
- they don't need to be on a lead at all times, but must be under their owners' control.
Maximum: up to 3 small pets, up to 2 medium-sized, or 1 large.
Noise
We ask you to keep noise down from midnight (00:00).
Day visitors
Day visitors are allowed. Fee: ARS 15,000 per person.
Fire pits
Every cabin has its own fire pit. At Bamboo, Arrebol and Madre Selva it is on the deck over the river; at Guatemala and Tokio, on the cabin’s private deck. Fires may only be lit in the areas set aside for them.
Children
Children are welcome. As the setting is surrounded by water, jetties and passing boats, they must be actively supervised and remain an adult’s responsibility at all times.
