Our story

Vita Delta grew out of a story that began long before the cabins.
We are three partners brought together by the river, by rowing and by a friendship that spans generations. Our parents rowed together and are still friends today. We carry that bond on: we are friends, rowing partners, business partners and, in many ways, family.
For years we sailed and rowed the San Antonio River. One of us, Rodrigo Hernán Murillo, took rowing to the highest level of the sport, competing for the Argentine national team and building a distinguished international career.
The spot where Vita Delta stands today was part of the landscape we used to travel from the water.
When the chance came to buy the land, the idea was simple: a place of our own on the river we had known all our lives, somewhere to row from and enjoy the Delta from a different angle.
But the idea soon began to grow.
We had not yet worked out what the project would look like, but we knew two things: we wanted to build a parador on the river, and a few cabins where other people could stay and experience this place.
First we started imagining and building Bemvelon. Then came the first cabins: Madre Selva, Arrebol and Bamboo.
The land we bought was practically untouched. We did not take over a finished complex: the place was built from scratch.
Along the way, Vita Delta stopped being just the project of three partners. Many of our friends took part in building it in one way or another, contributing work, ideas, time and shared moments.
That is why Vita Delta has something that is hard to design in advance.
It is a cabin complex, yes. It is a parador. It is a place to row, rest, eat by the river or spend an evening around the fire.
But above all, it is a place built around a lifelong relationship with the river.
Today we are opening it so that others can discover it too, stay a while and experience the Delta from the inside.
